COOK: Add to your next pop the drizzle over a salad. Use in place of red onion in a raita for a less potent onion flavor. 

TIPS: The part closer to the bulb of the vegetable has a more intense flavor while the green parts are milder. Allocate the tops of the vegetable to raw preparations & then tame the whites by frying in oil.
