COOK: Moringa is sold 3 ways: fresh leaves, dried leaves & powdered. When using the fresh leaves, make a paste by lightly sautéing with garlic, blend, then sprinkle with toasted cumin and coriander. The dried leaves can be added to sauces & doughs. Use the powder to add to smoothies, lattes, doughs or ice creams.
TIPS: When buying the leaves or powder, ensure they are bright green! If they are a dull green, it’s not fresh.
