COOK: Mint chutney can be made with almost any variety of mint but is particularly good with peppermint or spearmint. Add ribboned leaves to salads for a fresh finish.
TIPS: Air dry mint leaves by leaving them in a sunny airy tray then store them in a dark place. Crumble and use in stews, soups and pasta.
HEALTH: Mint extract or oil is calming & aids in soothing an upset stomach. It also helps with dizziness or nausea & has been used to cure nasal congestion and dental issues.
