COOK: Brahmi has a bitter taste & a few leaves can easily be added to salads, sandwiches or blended into a chutney. You could also stir 1/2 tsp of the powder into warm water, milk, or batters.
TIPS: Brahmi can be purchased as a tea or capsule, but the fresh herb is harder to find. Luckily, it is relatively easy to grow.
