Moringa is our favorite superfood. It’s a little tough to find fresh leaves, but you can replace the leaves with 1 tsp of powdered moringa.
makes ~1.5 cups
- Soak the cashews in warm water for 5 minutes. Do not discard the water.
- Blend the moringa leaves, mint, cashews with 3 Tbsp soaking water, bananas, ginger cardamom, water, and salt until smooth.
