- In a 3-4 quart stockpot with a tight-fitting lid, combine the ghee & the corn kernels. Put the lid on & turn the heat to high.
- Once you hear the loud popping sound, immediately lower the heat to medium & let the corn pop for the next 2-3 minutes. When the popping subsides, turn the heat off & immediately add the masala. Toss the popcorn until it is evenly mixed.
- Drizzle additional ghee & honey.
